The heart-shaped dough, leavened with a sourdough starter (maia), carries mozzarella, a cheese topping, gorgonzola, cașcaval and parmesan, with nothing else competing for space. It weighs 550 g and comes with a drink of your choice. Add extra toppings, from bacon and ham to mushrooms or rocket, a sauce on the side or a dessert.
