Potato soup with smoked meat

Potato soup with smoked meat (ciorbă de cartofi cu afumătură), served as a 400 g portion with homemade bread rolls on the side. The potatoes and smoked meat make it heartier than an ordinary soup, so it works as a starter or even as a lunch on its own. To make it your way, add hot pepper, sour cream or, instead of the rolls, a house bun made with sourdough starter. If you want a ciorbă in Brașov for your lunch break, this is one of the four soups on our menu. We deliver in Brașov, or you can pick it up from Bd. Saturn 36-38.
