MonDen hot dog

The MonDen hot dog starts with dough leavened with a sourdough starter (maia) rather than an ordinary bun. Along with the frankfurters, it gets bacon, tomato sauce and mozzarella, so it comes out richer than a standard hot dog. The portion weighs 450 g and is properly filling, at lunch or dinner.
